| What appears to have happened is that it will not be a cluster. Nothing will happen in 25/26. Nothing. ECNL will not take any action either in my view. They will only act in lock step with others. They have never said otherwise. So all is the same and nothing has changed. For 26/27 they will look at it again but there is no reason to believe that the decision will be anything other than what just happened. Nothing. |
