There is so much unverified information.
Has US Soccer ever released an official statement on the matter other than asking for public opinion on the potential of a change? US club issued a statement, but US club coming out with a statement is basically ECNL doing what they did with their podcast episode. Pushing their agenda. US Soccer is the top, nobody else, even if they believe it in their minds like ECNL |

I’ve always heard 26/27 was the most likely route for US Soccer approval. Even USYS CEO said they want to minimize the disturbance a change would cause. Fall 25 was always only a chance for ECNL if they wanted to implement pathways earlier. Which some clubs did back in 2016 to prepare for 2017 BY change.
But we will not see that unless Us soccer approves for 2026 which is still being discussed. |

The FB post is from a legit soccer league. Look at their older posts. It’s like if your smaller clubs put out a statement. |

ECNL can have their special rules as MLS does with biobanding, to allow some Q3/Q4 players to play down in their own grade. This can lead to a smooth transition to SY in 26/27. |

Holy, some of you people are in such denial.
Just like all the dish!t$ that kept telling us to just embrace that change was coming. The gentleman that runs the WSSL account has responded to comments and has said that it was an email he received from the Yourh Soccer Association |

| The guy said he got a blurry, misspelled email. Case closed. I'm not sure why there's any confusion at all! Stop asking questions! A tiny rec league in Michigan is the MOST logical place for us all to turn for the answers. Go back to your lives. |

| ECNL should have no issues to have their own rule to give several Q3/Q4 players to play down in their own grade. MLSN can have biobanding. This will solve most trapped players issue at least on ECNL side. |
