DP. I don't think what she did is unforgivable and I think she can move past this if she fully drops her claims to being Spanish or that she came to this country at 19. I also think it's a huge leap to Rx her as a narcissist based on the scant evidence presented. I think the most likely scenario is that she reeled Alec in with a Spanish accent and then had to fully commit to it or risk the relationship. The sexualization of her daily life is probably more rooted in the fact that she was a senior member of Yoga to the People, a yoga sex club/cult, rather than being a predatory narcissist. It seems salvageable.

k. So you know, lying about self, facades, frauds, gaslighting, blameshifting, revising history (pretending historical facts do not exist), exhibitionism, etc. all tell tale signs of narcissists. But go ahead and think because Bill Crosby was America's Dad, rich and seemed nice, only professionals should come to the conclusion he is crazy and abusive. Someone please, please, please out the "insider" who outed Hillaria. There is a level of anger and hate here that is epic. Who would hate Hillaria so much and why? HB may be troubled and she clearly created an alter ego that was not authentic - not okay, not cool. But she didn’t rape anyone. She didn’t drug anyone. It's okay to feel comfortable with bad behavior as long as it is within your limits/idea of what's acceptable. It's just a reference to you implying a therapist should only have opinion.

Agreed. And the hate towards Alec and towards her children is astounding from the person who has outed her. This is being abusive and evil.

Hilaria was not truthful about being Spanish. That is the extent of her lies. She is a nobody and does not impact policy, our taxes, pandemic, popular culture or anything. She is really a minor celebrity. But to hate her so much is not a normal response. THere is some mental illness playing out here, but the NPD person is not Hilaria here. She is an insecure person who created an interesting persona for herself. But she is unfortunately in the crosshairs of a very dangerous NPD person. I have compassion for Hillaria because no mom of 5, who has a 3 month old too, should be facing this kind of abuse during a pandemic.
