There was also a Motion to Compel filed. |
Anyone planning to attend? |

If it goes on as planned – there’s a couple hearings before the trial |
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motion_to_compel |
“A motion in limine is a legal request made to a judge to exclude or include certain evidence or testimony during a trial. The term comes from the Latin phrase in limine, which means "at the start" or "on the threshold". The purpose of a motion in limine is to ensure a fair and unbiased trial by preventing the jury from being exposed to potentially prejudicial information. Motions in limine are often used to: Exclude irrelevant, inadmissible, or prejudicial information Limit or exclude expert testimony Prevent the opposing side from presenting evidence that could be highly emotional or legally problematic” |
Do you mean the motion hearing on Thursday or the trial in November? |
Either or both, I suppose. |
When will the trial be in November? I am planning to attend but got to submit my PTO |
When is the trial in November? |
Much of that communication will be covered under attorney work product, so they may request it, the defense attorney can refuse, there will be a motion in Court that the Judge will rule on whether the CW will get the information they seek or not. On point 2 about passing on information to JPM and bypassing the mail screening, agreed. |
Comes right up in Google, I would imagine. Please don't forget to share with the class. Will be amazing to get an impression of the in person vibes of JPM, BB if he testifies, etc. |
November 12th. |
Looks like the motion hearing for today was continued. Next hearing is 10/31, which is a pre-trial status hearing. |
Fairfax court? Where can I find the details? I am googling it but can't find anything. |
