If you bear arms to protest against the state government and there are police officers, doesn't that mean you are threatening the workers and government, so should be arrested.

Something bad will happen. Just wait and see. Some idiot will threaten with their rifle and it goes off and kills someone. Who is going to be responsible for that? The rifle owner? The government that can't do anything because you want your rights.
