Is this a serious question?

Yes, it is. Fox is not a non-biased apolitical platform. It's not the right place for a Supreme Court nominee or justice.

Of course it’s not. No way he wants to face adversarial questions from a legitimate journalist at this point. He just wanted some softballs so he could undermine the women before they even speak.

Is he defending against a charge we don't know about yet?

He is stating a fact. And, pretty bold considering all it would take is one woman to come out and dispute his claim.

It's a fact that does nothing to dispute the current allegations against him.

Not true given what Avenatti is alleging.

The CreepyPornLawyer is full of crap. I hope these allegations take him down. There is nothing he can bring forward that I will believe because he is a CreepyPornLawyer and a media ho.

Stop trying to make “creepy porn lawyer” happen. It’s not happening. What’s going to happen is he is going to unload on Kavanaugh soon.

And, we can’t wait. Because we know he is so full of $hit. I have no doubt that his allegations will be thin and his accuser will be discredited in no time.

That’s reason enough for Collins and Murkowski to vote no. Please call their offices and let them know.

Those old goats will fall in line and vote to confirm.

It was. I have no doubt he is totally innocent. And, I am angry that the liberals are pulling these stupid, abominable stunts.
I am angry they have put this man and his family through this hell based on NOTHING BUT ALLEGATIONS. NO CORROBORATION AND NO EVIDENCE.

How do you explain his yearbook entries in relation to his saying he never blacked out? How do you square his joking about staying out drinking till 4:30am and that wag at happened at his schools stayed within those schools, only a few years ago with his interview? Genuinely curious.

I frankly don’t care about his yearbook entries. Tell me - did any of his entries claim that he blacked out?
And, the expression - What happens at ______, stays at ________ is actually quite common. We used to say that at work when we were joking. Nothing sexual. Nothing illegal. Nothing immoral. Just an f’ing joke.

Maybe some teenage boys thought the same thing about jumping on a female and grinding and taking off her bathing suit and smothering her screams? Just a joke.

I would not call that a softball interview.

Murkowski is a No. And Collins is getting there.

I guess after reading some of the threads in the relationship forum, I shouldn’t be surprised.

He was sexually frustrated and by all accounts a heavy drinker. Not a good combo in a coed environment.

He was 17. Aren't almost ALL 17 year old males sexually frustrated? You people are insufferable. I wish you all would admit that this whole circus has nothing to do with the alleged incident(s). You just don't want the President's agenda to succeed any any means are justified in your minds.

I think you dont understand that there are a lot of people legitimately very upset that this regularly happens to teenage girls and that the world writes out off as normal sexual frustration.

I don't like the president AND I don't like rape culture. Those two things are not mutually exclusive or contradictory.

And this was not one of those times.

I'm not 100% sure she's telling the truth. I am also not 100% sure he is telling the truth. Anyone claiming either scenario as fact is pure partisan. This is an extremely uncomfortable and public he said she said. We have no real evidence to disprove either side.

When in doubt, nominate a justice who doesn’t have such a seedy Record like Gorsuch. Easily done.

Kinda of curious why there wasn't a protesting circus for Gorsuch like there was for Kavanaugh even before these allegations.

Really? Then how come nothing like this came out about Gorsuch? You'd think liberals would be far more irate about Gorsuch given he got a seat that should have gone to Merrick Garland if Republicans had a shred of decency.

This isn't hard to understand. Because Gorsuch was replacing Scalia. Kavanaugh, however, is replacing Kennedy.

No, that's not how it's supposed to work.

Kavanaugh on Fox: "If such a thing had happened, it would have been the talk of the campus"

Response by Jane Mayer: And so it was - a classmate who heard about it at the time told me he has thought of it every time he's heard Kavanaugh's name - for the last 35 years!

I think you might have made an unintentional porn reference in that statement.

I admit totally that I do not want Kavanaugh or the Dumpus's agenda to succeed. I do not agree that this circus, as you put it, is false or irrelevant information about a man who wants to be put on the SCOTUS. It shows his character and the way he views women. Such a man should not be in a position to overturn Roe V Wade.

A single classmate who heard about it (from who???) does not equal "talk of the campus."

Stop with the Gorsuch bullshit. Gorsuch replaced Scalia, another conservative. For Democrats, this vacancy is all about making sure Roe v. Wade is not overturned and i have no doubt if Gorsuch was up for this seat, some Democrats would have dragged him and his family through the mud and found a way to smear him too, even if it meant telling lies.
