It was an accident. The "victim" was a dick. If he saw no damage, move the eff on. I'm not sure why everyone has to have a "say" about everything. The mom is a drama queen and whiner.

You are all annoying.

Someone sure takes themselves seriously... bye, then.

I'm sure there are tons of other websites ripe with sanctimony and haught, that are just waiting to great one of their own with open arms.

Now that pinecone boy is 13, I hope he has recovered.

He threw a PINE cone not a pine tree!

Aren't there any newer posters you can make fun of? I'd be pissed too if someone told me off in front of my kid and then just drove away -- but I wouldn't be surprised since there are plenty of crappy people out there. I'm more worried about whoever thinks it's okay to humiliate the OP of this thread ad infinitum. How about you find a fresh victim to bully.

Why? Your child misbehaved. You weren’t parenting him properly and allowed this to happen. He was rightfully reprimanded and the man owes nothing to your child.

I was throwing snowballs as a kid. 11 years old and almost nailed a middle aged driver. He stopped car got out go yell we ran almost got hit by car.

A cop was there to see it, he got arrested for endangering the welfare of a minor I got pinched for the snowball.

While law and order thing but we got released. Me to parents and him to very very pissed wife. My dad gave me a good beating with belt.

Cop told wife see that kid pointing to me goes I be charging your husband man slaughter if he got hit by car.

Then damn cop said if I hit driver and he died same for me

Dear Annie,

I was devastated to hear about the incident this morning. Poor Julian! I'm so glad you alerted the neighborhood so that we can be on the lookout for this man. Did you get his license plate number? What has the world become that our children can't even be in public places, without people saying hateful things. Actually, I just feel sorry for that man, can you imagine going through life filled with that much hate? You and Julian should take the time you need to grieve before you begin healing.

I was planning to email you this week to warn you about a troubling incident at the Gentle Friends Coop. You know I've always been a big supporter of Gentle Friends, and Maisie has blossomed there. But last week, I was sitting on a bench watching her play, and a little boy came up to her and said "YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL!" Can you imagine? I spoke to the director immediately, and she said it was "developmentally normal"! Well, we walked out the door and we're never going back. Maisie hasn't been sleeping well for the past few weeks. I thought she had been exposed to gluten, but now I know it was the trauma of being bullied. I'm trying to forgive myself for not attending all the Coop sessions. Now I know!

This parenting thing can be so hard sometimes! Hope I see you at yoga, it's a great stress reliever!

Kate

Anyone who stops to yell about a pinecone is a nutjob.
