She was not impeding or obstructing. This is clear in the video. This is murder. The ICE officer need to to be brought to justice.

Her car was diagonal in the middle of the street in front of to ICE agents cars. How is that not impeding?

She waved the first vehicle around her so I don’t think she was trying to impede them. The second vehicle stopped and ICE go out and started yelling at her.

Do you know why she was waving? You know for sure she was very politely telling the other car “oh just go on around me! Thanks!” How do you know this?

The stills from another video show he was not. Both agents were on the side of the car when one starting shooting.

Regardless why TF did he even have his gun out? No one else did. And why did he go against training and stand in front of the vehicle?

Yes, there is a clearly disturbed person that means her harm trying to break into her car.

Yeah…I don’t think she intentionally tried to hit him. But I do think she was intentionally impeding the road, intentionally ignoring officer’s orders to
get out, and trying to flee in a hasty manner and didn’t notice the officer directly in front of her car and drove at him.

trying to get out is what got her shot- she was following orders...a lot of good that did.
