You’re so delusional. Biden wasn’t seen for months at a time during his presidency and nothing was ever said.

Trump had venous insufficiency and takes aspirin. Both can make one more prone to bruising. Aspirin is known to cause this.

I personally don’t see anything notable about the sleeve there. BUT during today’s ceremony I did notice that he kept pulling on his right jacket lapel while other people were speaking. Happened maybe 3-4 times during the period that I watched (most of the speeches, only the first few questions). Since I didn’t see any reason he needed to adjust his jacket, it made me wonder whether there was something under there he was self-conscious about keeping covered.
