Sorry I’m a normal weight and eat healthy so don’t have direct experience.

Cholesterol. High cholesterol is also a risk factor for dementia so the basic point still stands.

One was a career public servant, all the experience needed to be president, a history of reaching across the aisle and a reputation for being unusually kind and good-hearted. The other a failed businessman, felon, convicted criminal, rapist, with a history of mistreating women, narcissism, lying... I could go on.
