Not sure he is actually going to run for POTUS. He told Dana Bash that his oldest children are not gung ho about him running. They wanted him to spend more time with them. Maybe he is looking for a place in the Administration on the Secretary level. Just guessing.

There is nothing normal about either Gavin Newsom or JD Vance. Democrats have made this mistake before. Trump sucks, ergo we can nominate weak men like Biden because whatever. Or another unpopular California progressive like Harris. Democrats paid the price for their arrogance, which is why we have Trump. They should not make that mistake again. A strong candidate in 2028 will win everything for Democrats. Gavin Newsom is not that man.

The vast majority of American voters don't give a damn about faraway conflicts. But this is the number one issue for progressives today - not access to healthcare, not income inequality, not climate change or the environment, not schools, not inflation or affordability, not the cost of housing. And it's a big reason why Democrats lose. Single issue progressives are a nightmare for Democrats.

Yes. I knew it was going to be big even before 10/7. Netanyahu can’t help himself. He’s worked very public forum for the last 20 years plugging this Iran war so even if the Gaza war didn’t happen, Israel would still be facing backlash. They don’t have a smooth operator running their politics. The guy has made his motivations for war clear for the past 30 years. Is he surprised Americans including Jewish Americans and multiple Americans presidents can’t stand him?

Truly the rift began between Democrats and Israel during the Obama administration. Israel helped Trump win against Hillary. It was not just Russia.
