Gavin 2028

Oh the fact that he ran on fixing the homeless issue and it only expanded (even before Covid)
It's hard to fix the homeless problem when your state is a maven for people all over the country to come to for great weather, beaches, and social benefits regardless of state citizenship. If I was in between jobs and did not have a home, I would be take a shot at California as well. It's a beautiful state

That the governor of California is lecturing ANYONE on affordability is just f'n ironic and delicious.

CA has the second highest state tax rate in the US after Hawaii.

What are they getting for it?

Somethings really off with him. He’s now genuine and he sucks. He’s worse than Kamala with pandering and patronizing way he talks to the middle class

Apparently when his parents divorced his mom was very strapped financially.

He was helped as a kid by the Gettys. Please

How much help did he receive from the Gettys when his mother had to work as a waitress and secretary? Define help? I am not saying that Newsom grew up in poverty, but he did not grow up on third base.

What base was he on? Are you kidding? He owned the ball park. Absolutely zero chance he becomes
governor without extensive family connections. He is part of the CA political elite.

Gavin Newsom is connected to the Northern California political dynasty through his family's long-standing ties with influential political families, particularly the Browns (former governors of CA), Pelosis, and Gettys. His political career has been supported by these families, and he has maintained relationships with them throughout his rise in California politics

I will NEVER vote for him. Newsom’s passion is to fight FOR billionaires and brag about his sub-1000 SAT score to seem regular and relatable. I will never cast a vote for him and think anyone who regards him as the best option is an as—hole of the highest order too.

NP. Gavin is great on talking, bad on policy. And he’s weak.

My threshold is who promises the to go after the Trump Regime and his enablers with full force AND release the wrongfully the people in the concentration camps.

Nothing else matters. Nothing.

Stop whining. No one is taking a Californian politician seriously on the national stage. Let's be serious.

Gavin won’t do that. He won’t go after ICE or be fully supportive and transparent to go after crimes referenced in the Epstein documents. He said this when appearing on Ben Shapiro’s show. He is empty, corrupt, and aligns with the elite .01% interest class and no one else.

his official press team account just dropped this aura bomb:

https://x.com/govpressoffice/status/2037321149550342528?s=46

“MOG or GET MOGGED” 2028

That’s a perfect campaign slogan

It’s crazy to me that Republicans try to present Gavin as some sort of radical when he really isn’t even a progressive. I would vote for him over anyone currently in the Trump administration but beyond that find him to be a not great choice. Dems keep trying to appease everyone and it doesn’t work. At some point you have to acknowledge that some people are terrible.

His backtracking on calling Israel an apartheid is disappointing. I was considering voting for him. Now, no. I'm tired of politicians without a backbone.
