Any survivor would be a miracle, maybe where the plane broke apart and they unbuckled fast.

I pray it was instantaneous and before the plane hit the river.

If you watch the video, it burst into flames right before it hit the water. It was 3-5 minutes from landing. Those poor passengers were busy getting ready to get off the plane. Breaks my heart.

Can you imagine being on the plane that took off seconds before the crash? I’m sure they saw it.

The odds were never good. Mid-air collisions generally end very poorly for all involved as the forces involved and the loss of structural integrity of the aircraft just are beyond human tolerance. The deadliest aviation accident in modern history was a runway collision in Tenerife where neither plane really even left the ground. The height at which it happened and falling into the water are mostly superfluous factors, honestly.
