They look like two wealthy white folks that have been injected and stretched within and inch of their lives.

Also, no one has ever heard of this guy, so there's that.

Yawn. How many times are we going to see this story that someone told someone else that the GOP should move on from Trump.

- Ron DeSantis’s campaign wants him to meet and take more questions from ordinary voters to overcome fears about his temperament

- And during a campaign event in Iowa last month, footage of DeSantis laughing manically about the cost of running a vintage Porsche triggered online jokes.

Now, three DeSantis staffers have said they have concerns about the Navy veteran’s presentational style after being overshadowed by his wife Casey at rallies.

- third source said that they even had to coach the Florida governor on ‘when to smile’ when trying to interact with ordinary Americans.

The fact that the Republican party ever let Trump get the nomination in the first place means that they are so incompetent at the national level that they shouldn't get the White House for another two decades.

He didn't (and doesn't) believe in democracy.

Democracy is what won Trump the 2016 nomination. Trump won primary states but lost caucus states. He turned out anti-establishment right wing voters who didn’t normally participate in party caucuses, meetings, and conventions. The party establishment is terrified of its own voters and would prefer to pick nominees in a closed controlled process, as the Virginia GOP did to rig Youngkin’s nomination.
