I don’t think he’s gay. He’s joked about that misperception of him. If he was that repressed and closeted, he would not touch on it. He says that he was a shy tween who used alcohol as a social lubricant. I think he needs the right anxiety meds.

Can I join this club? A woman I know who was always perfectly pleasant but gave me a bad vibe recently used the terms "hubby", "little", "nugget" (to refer to a baby) on Facebook posts and I was like, yup, I knew she was a bad seed.

I don't know why this stuff annoys me so much but it really, really does.

I know 6 men —including my brother— who said that because it was what a wife wanted and they tried to spare her the heat. All of them went on to have kids with a second wife.

Or he didn't want to have kids WITH HER (first wife). Happens all the time. Same with guy lives with someone for years, but doesn't want to get married. They break up and he quickly gets married to the next girlfriend.

Yep. My friend got pregnant the first month trying, THREE times, at ages 40, 42, and 43. I told her she had better get her tubes tied or an IUD if she didn't want a fourth kid because she definitely seemed like someone who could have surprise twins at 48.

+1. She would have been 40 when she got pregnant and I know many women pregnant at that age. Plus no one knows if she was on birth control all those years before, that’s just speculation. I did read a while back that she froze her eggs so she clearly wanted kids.
