1. the race the perps of this series of crimes is in the BOLO. they are all black males, which is the demographic cohort for over 98% of DC violent and gun crimes
2. The data do not support that "AU or Georgetown kids of any race" would be perps of crime in DC. That cohort does not have an elevated armed kidnaping rate
