It's no big deal. Different people are comfortable with different things. Some people are uncomfortable with fantasies. Some are only okay with it in certain bounds. There's room for both imo.

I dont stare. She is a nice friend to me as well. I do notice her. Especially once 4 of our families rented a beach house and I got to see in a very pretty bikini. Etched on my eyes. I can recall every single detail of her on the beach like the back of my hand.

I did fantasize about my MIL as well way early in our relationship when she was still really hot.

You fantasize about people who you have contact with the most and who are hot. It would most likely be your wife's friends, wife's sisters, MIL, or friends wives.
