There is nothing wrong with the question. Arlington is an easy call, because of their track record, but there may be other quality options. |
I didn't start the thread. I restrict my posts to defending against invalid and unwarranted criticisms. If you want to attack the guy who posted the thread be my guest. It isn't the question I would have asked. But attack him for his behavior - don't make untrue criticisms of the coaches and the club. |
No. Only one of those is so good that jealous parents (&/or coaches?) from other clubs relentlessly attack it, causing Arlington parents to defend the club. |
I started the thread. I asked because Arlington has a strong program for boys, but I don't want to deal with Arlington rush hour traffic while taking my kid to practices. I asked about other clubs that have good programs for boys, because Arlington is not an option for us and I did not want to see 20+ posts recommending Arlington. I did not say anything negative about any club. |
Oh please, when you are that good there is no need to say anything. The insecurity reeks through the screen. |
Jelly. lol |
Yes. Please I love jelly when u toss my salad. Signed, Coach |
A nice green with envy salad? |
| Ha. Douches don’t know the “toss MY salad reference”...w/jam or jelly. |
You are a very nasty person. Go away. |
| The poster list the Arlington U10 team as number 1??? Odd, they don't really keep score in this age group. The SYC U10 Blue team has beaten the Arlington team in CCL past two years. Only time Arlington has beaten the SYC team has been in the Arlington tournament...hmmm??? Seems the poster is trying to show Arlington cred not based on facts. |
Wow |
DP here, but PP simply posted US youth soccer rankings. https://youthsoccerrankings.us/team.html?teamId=3482318 As you can see, they do keep scores and Arlington beat SYC 5-1. |
You're both correct. These are only tournament scores, not regular season. |
Way to join half way through the conversation. Another poster posted the YSR rankings for Arlington's 2008 team, attempting to show that Arlington wasn't very good. I simply said, if you want to use YSR rankings then you should look at all age groups, not just one. So I posted every age group available - whatever YSR shows. If you have a beef with YSR then take it up with them, not me. That said, the ranking looks fine to me. Both teams have 15-20 games listed against a range of opponents, which is more than enough to establish a reliable rating. Here is Arlington's record: https://youthsoccerrankings.us/team.html?teamId=3482318 |
