WTF does resetting your liver even mean. And no, I do not sleep better when ravenous which I would be if all I was taking in was liquid sugar.

If you are eating a pretty heathy and balanced diet already and don't want to cut out what indulges you have in there..just eat a little less of everything.

You’re hungry at 8 because your body has become accustomed to eating at 8. Change your eating schedule and, after a week or two, your body will readjust its expectations.

For the vast majority of people on this forum, hunger pangs are not a danger state and shouldn’t be treated as such. They’re nothing more than a reminder that “hey, I usually eat about now” and don’t need to be responded to immediately with a yogurt or a handful of nuts as if your survival depends on it.

And go for a walk instead - even 10-15 minutes will make a difference.
