PP here. And I have to say In the Dark has been my absolute favorite, esp Season 2.

It's Smartless, FYI. I enjoy this one too-- it's light and fun. The premise is that they take turns bringing on a guest, but the other two don't know who it is until the show. They have had some good guests!

I just listened to the Enron season of American Scandal and really liked it (it was a rebroadcast of a 2019 season). I'm going to explore that one some more.

The Turning: the Sisters Who Left. Podcast with nuns who were with the Missionaries of Charity but left the order. They knew and worked with Mother Teresa.

Bad bad thing.

It’s about a Delaware couple good g through a divorce, there’s also a mistress, and the wife records and stalks both the husband and mistress secretly. The saga ends with the wife killing the mistress in a murder suciice.

It’s includes a great narrative about how the wife slowly descends into full on insanity.

This is also a very true story from 2018

Eww, no. Listen to the one with Mitch Hurwitz and you’ll see what I mean.

I'm liking John Stamos' new podcast The Grand Scheme: Snatching Sinatra about the real story of the kidnapping of Frank Sinatra Jr. back in the 1960s.

S-town by Serial. One of the best stories I’ve heard, ever.
John B McLemore
S-Town is a podcast hosted by Brian Reed from Serial Productions, a New York Times company. The story follows a man named John who despises his Alabama town and decides to do something about it. He asks Brian to investigate the son of a wealthy family who's allegedly been bragging that he got away with murder. But when someone else ends up dead, the search for the truth leads to a nasty feud, a hunt for hidden treasure, and an unearthing of the mysteries of one man's life.

I will start this one ASAP. DCUM has had such great podcast reps through the years. I adore Reply All (The Case of the Missing Hit is a great intro) and All the President’s Lawyers, and thought the Dropout was excellent too.
