Nope, nope, nope. I mean the white dudes who moved to MD from NJ or NY, drive aggressively, and cut you off going 20 miles above the speed limit. That has happened to me more times than I can count -- and when I am in the center or right lane, not the left. True story: I was driving through Kentucky, of all places, and was cut off by an older white guy in an SUV. Tags? Maryland.

He probably rolled his eyes at you going 55 in the left lane. And then when he saw the VA plates he laughed.

Virginia is for good driving lovers. Maryland is for insurance claims.

Seriously, I have no idea why they don't know how to drive. I often suspect it is the fact that not having insurance is an option if you pay a DMV fee, and maybe people are worried about getting hit? Also, a lot of driving styles in Virginia that mix in the same commute paths. It is annoying and frustrating as hell.
