On a virtual learning day, I heard her ask young children what they were good at. When one little boy replied that he was good at reading, she repeatedly asserted that he was not good at reading. Eventually the little boy cried.
By the way, that little boy is in my daughter’s AAP LVII reading class in first grade now.
It takes an especially cold heart to tear down a kindergartner like that.
