If anyone finds LED strip lights with remote that they like, please post. And any install suggestions, too. On 13-year old DS’s list but haven’t started investigating.

I got my DD these and they were easy to put up: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RX57HDL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So far 13 DD is getting revlon hairbrush dryer, a selfie light on tripod. Some socks with our dogs face on it (! This one is going to crack me up when she opens it ) some new hoodies ( wtf obsessed ) and a new snowboard. That I pray we can use for our planned trip to Breck. Few other odds and ends. I always get books that I hope they might read during year.

Pp here. I should add, we did the led lights for her bday and HUGE hit. They’re everywhere. Super easy to install and manage.

My almost 13 yo ds just sent us an email with a link to the 2 items he would like: a set of carving tools ($190) and a 2 person go cart ($2000). It looks like he will be getting carving tools!

I forgot to add our 15yo ds would like scuba lessons. He found a local place that has a combination of online learning (for now) and in person training (for when it is safe) that costs $160 + equipment rentals.

My 12 YO DD asked for the instax camera, a sewing kit and some manga. My 15 YO asked for a new pair of Converse and a wireless gaming keyboard "for school". LoL! They have both been begging for the Nintendo Switch since this spring, and I finally got one, so I am excited for them to be opening that. Plus a few games for the switch - not site which yet. Animal crossing, maybe?

Animal crossing definitely it’s so much fun. You could also get some animal crossing covers for the buttons for like stocking stuffers and stuff

Cash
Books about becoming an actress
Stuff for her room

The other one likes anime - so her requests are more geared towards anime merch.

+1 Every single thing on my 12 year old’s list is anime-related.

+2 All my daughter wants are anime or subscription to crunchy roll to watch anime. Or made more games for the Oculus Quest she just got for her birthday.

Ugh, even after reading all this, I'm at a total loss.
My older one earned a bunch of money this summer and has already bought herself all the stuff like LED lights. My younger one ONLY wants expensive computer gaming equipment that he can use to further violate all house restrictions on screen usage.

Oh wow, I have never heard of those model kits, but I also have a 13 year old who would love them!
