Did anyone from Hyde get a spot that’s not in a priority group?

Our principle emailed to say that we won’t hear anything now until tomorrow. I thought that was likely across the board (that everyone would hear from central office at the same time), but it sounds from the PP as of some schools have already heard?

Quick Poll: Who’s accepting the spot?

Heard from Brent

Will people who DO NOT get a spot receive an email saying so?

Very torn because I think DC would benefit from in person learning, but not because of DC's IEP, but because most kids would benefit. None of DC's friends have an IEP and DC does not want the spot. Really didn't think she'd get the offer since her accommodations virtually are fine and I thought other kids were really struggling.

Ugh.

I believe all IEPs are ranked the same, at least according to my Principal.

Anyone heard from Watkins?

Also received a spot from Brent. Since the email came from the central office, I assumed everyone would receive notice at the same time. Perhaps I’m expecting too much logic....

So is it Central Office that is reaching out and offering a spot or the school principal?
