Try pulling this crap on my business; I use 7.62 mm.

What property did the out of state 17 year old own there?

It's terrifying to hear how people will justify violence against a Black man, and a white boy murdering people.

You understand how Trump won, and might win again, when you read some of these posts.

Dylan Roof is PP’s hero.

I am not a Trump supporter but you should expect to get shot if you assault someone and try to rip a gun out of their hands. Really stupid.

Maybe the skateboarder was trying to take the gun from him because HE WAS SHOOTING PEOPLE.

I expect Trump to pardon Kyle tomorrow night at the White House to cap off his glorious Trump National Convention.

He was running down the street with people assaulting him from what I can see in that video. He was knocked to the ground and people were charging at him and he opened fire. It’s not that clear cut.

He was running down the street because he had already shot someone.

If you’re talking about the guy with a head wound than I watched that video too and the guy was chasing him before he got shot. This is what happens with stupid open carry laws.

Here's the extended video of Kyle running down the street, getting tackled and shooting other people. Then the police show up and Kyle puts his hands up and they drive right by him. Clearly this video happened AFTER the guy getting shot in the head video (which there's also an extended version of on twitter).

This is what we get when elected officials do not enforce laws that protect society.

Kenosha is getting exactly what they voted for.
Not very pretty is it?

The people who were killed were actually in retreat from the scene. This kid is going to do 20-30 for murder.

This armed Nazi sympathizer will be coddled and protected during a brief period of pre-disposition incarceration, and either will not be prosecuted or will be prosecuted only on charges that the local prosecutor throws and intentionally manages weakly. This armed Nazi sympathizer will not wind up doing sentenced felony time, nor were his allies the cops who triggered this whole mess - to be clear, not one of the cops will spend one minute as a felony defendant, and none will lose one dollar, one day's work, one dime in pension funding, nor one minute's sleep.

Pretty sure he will be charged. I cannot follow what is happening--but, I know this:

If the riots were brought under control earlier, they would all be alive.

did the 17yo Antioch, IL resident own property in Kenosha that he defending, or are you just making up shit to justify illegal possession of a firearm and murder?

I don’t cast judgement on that boy - let the facts come out.

If he was wrong, let him bear all the consequences.

But I will not let anyone destroy what I have built. I will die on that hill, if need be.

Well the guy who shot that looter played a stupid game too and won free room and board for life, which may be short.

Why is he wearing latex gloves? It's not a virus thing because he's not wearing a mask.

He is being detained in Antioch, IL without bond. He has a court hearing on Friday for extradition back to Kenosha, WI for charging and his hearing. He is being charge with first-degree intentional homicide, likely two cases as there are already two fatalities.

All I know is that these citizen militiamen are sick as F*** and need to be charged as domestic terrorists.

He's only 17 years old and likely will not be freed before he qualifies for social security, if even then (not that he will have any social security).

Sweaty hands can make you lose your grip on the gun. Latex gloves help you keep control even if your hands sweat.

Also helps both your grip and to protect you should you get blood on your hands.

I would guess he’s thinking of fingerprints.

But he was not defending anything that he built. He's only 17 and he traveled across state lines from IL to WI (although it's only 25 miles) just to be gun-happy. The militamen from Kenosha can at least claim they were protecting their community or things that they may have built (especially if they have businesses in the area), but a high school student from another state is not defending anything he has built unless it's his treehouse.

I’d like to hear the prosecutor’s thought process on charging the shooter. In the video where he shoots one person, the shooter is clearly trying to run away and the shooter kills the person who chased him (and deceased chaser clearly threw a Molotov cocktail at the shooter 3 seconds before he was shot)

In the video where he shoots two people, he’s clearly being attacked by a mob and the shooter is down on the ground. One person he shoots is trying to bash his head in with a skateboard and pictures seem to indicate the second wounded person in the mob had a gun.

This is basically a law school hypo from criminal law. Shooter shouldn’t have been there, he was underage, open carrying, but based on the video, against all desire, you have to argue self defense.

Oh so you want to play that game?

If the Kenosha cop hadn't shot Jacob Blake, they would all be alive.
