My husband is such a condescending ass

OP I sometimes feel similar and can empathize.

I often wonder if this is what marriage is supposed to be like, because it isn’t what I had in mind. But with that said, my DH happens to be an awesome father. Things are not so bad that I feel divorce is the better option, but they aren’t great either.

For now I try to put the effort into working on myself, how I communicate and respond, and being a better mother. I do this because I can’t change him.
