She wants constant texting banter and it’s driving me nuts

OP here. I don’t like calls, either. Calls or text with a purpose are fine. But “just because” or as some sort of barometer for the relationship itself? No.

Ugh, move on. You are not that into her. She likes you more than you like her, so will never work out in the long run. Be kind and break up now. She will be heart broken but at least will be able to move on once she's over it.
