I suggest a home workout plan and meal prep. Walking based workouts are good. Lots of fruit and vegetables to snack on.

Also find a good community either on Facebook or https://www.reddit.com/r/intermittentfasting/ or something. It's good to be surrounded by people who are in the process of losing and those who have done it and can inspire you. Be careful - DCUM can be Jekyll or Hyde depending on day of the week and time of day.
