Its reallly sad for the workers in the nail salons. Many of them are illegal/cash workers and wouldn't have qualified for any unemployment or the stimulus checks, so they are desperate enough for money to risk infection to scrub OP's feet.

Op here. Not sure how my park thread got turned into a grooming thread.

I don’t think one person answered my park question. That’s ok. We already went and came back. It was our first and probably last time we will go out there.

DH bumped into some people after he got a haircut and they were all asking where DH went.

I’m sure people will really get upset now but we decided to go out of town for the summer.

If you live in the dc area, you are still under an essential travel only/stay at home order. That doesn’t include trips to the countryside to get your nails done. It also doesn’t include leisure travel to other parts of the country.

OP you literally mentioned a mani/pedi, haircut for your DH, and grooming for your kids in your original post.
