Do you like wearing a bra?

C and I'd rather not wear a bra, but am older and saggier and look smaller with a better bra. I never ever buy underwires, which are extremely uncomfortable with my large ribs.

Never stopped wearing them, since I was 15, even for a day. Feels the same as wearing panties, it would be weird not to. 32C. Certain days feels great wearing them when sleeping too.

Dd here and I wear them 24/7, except in the shower. I hate to be without one, it makes me so uncomfortable. I wear two when I run. I do credit my bra policy with still having relatively perky big boobs at almost 40. Well that and not breastfeeding my kids.

I forgot I take it off for sex as well. Showers and sex and that’s it.

I'm a 34H, so going braless is not really an option. I got fitted properly over a decade ago (was wearing a 36D rather than 34H), and having a well-made, properly-fitting bra makes all the difference. The ones I have are quite comfortable, and wear them nearly all waking hours.

Used to be a 36C. Had a prophylactic double mastectomy and told the plastic surgeon to make them small enough so I’d never have to wear a bra again.

I hate not wearing a bra. I sleep in a shelf tank. I like to always have some support.

Thanks to this thread I'm not wearing a bra to work today, probably for the first time ever. I'm small-chested and wearing a thicker material top.

I feel so much more comfortable.

DD and I’m only braless for sleeping (and showering and sex obviously). I hate feeling like they’re flopping around.

Hate it! 34A so I don't need the support, it's just the pointy-ness that I "need" to hide because Society. I started telecommuting full-time about 6 months ago and now barely wear one and it's wonderful. And I like winter because if I'm running errands in a coat I don't have to put one one even when I go out.

But, it's clearly really personal. I do know a lot of women who definitely feel more comfortable wearing them for support or just mentally to have that extra layer on. I just don't think women should be made to feel they have to wear bras because otherwise men (and some women) are all like, "Ah! A nipple looked at me!" and fall totally to pieces. (Although I do quite enjoy dramatically falling to pieces when a nipple looks at me from one of the million pix on one very infamous DCUM thread that I will not mention here, but that's just transferred condemnation on my part and not because I actually think it matters to see a nipple.)

Except in bed I’d feel weird not wearing one. I’m a 34C and while they are nice and firm I’d be self conscious not wearing one. I wear nightgowns so I like everything to be loose.

Do they know you're not wearing one? How/why do they give you grief?

They pointedly stared at my chest if I was going down stairs and all the time made backhanded comments about how it’s not right to “be TOO comfortable at work.”

I absolutely hate bras. Always did and always will!

I'm like a 46 DDD. Hate it.

38FF and I hate them. I need one and I hate the feeling of my boobs flopping around too but even a well fitting bra is unbearable.

I work from home and wear old nursing bras with big
Sweaters a lot.
