Quick healthy breakfast ideas and schedule tips for early mornings?

Mine has not eaten breakfast in years. She says she is rarely hungry before lunch and if she is, she eats her fruit packed in her lunch. She showers at night. Gets up about 10 minutes before leaving. If she is running late she wears glasses instead of her contacts.

Our go to:

We keep cooked steel cut oatmeal in the fridge that can be warmed up.

Frozen high protein waffles (Kodiak).

Eggs and toast.

Boiled eggs and fruit.

As a kid with this schedule, it felt too early to eat as soon as I woke up. I used to take a bag of cereal or granola with me and eat it on the bus or as I waited for school to start.

Organic whole milk yogurt, flaxseed and sometimes banana or berries mixed in

Mesa sunrise gluten free cereal

multigrain crackers with peanut butter
