Yes, like this. But better. OP here. |
This. I have no interest in humiliating anyone, nor do I have any apologies, because what is on the video speaks for itself. It is on my property, which is the only reason I would post something. Again, it speaks for itself. Don't be an a-hole, on someone else's property, if you don't want it posted. I think I will go ahead and block out the face. |
You are a nasty person. Your hobby is gross and mean-spirited. Stop preying on your neighbors. No one wants a neighbor like you on the block. |
How can someone "prey" on neighbors who are on your property? Please, explain that to me. Rings only reach a certain distance, there are settings. Which means that they are intended for and are used for one's own property. Educate yourself. Also, this neighbor has a Ring themselves, so they should have known better (but I am not surprised). |

Actual posts to the neighborhood listserve:
"Someone smashed my pumpkin! It's been on our front steps for six weeks now and we were very attached to it! Anyone experience similar act of violence or have a video of the offenders?" Yeah, right, some teenager deserves to be outed for an innocent prank like smashing a pumpkin in the street. So so serious. "Someone rang my doorbell but when I got there, no one was there! We could hear some kids snickering from down the driveway as they ran away. The video shows a boy in a blue hoody, tall and thin, and another boy in a gray hoody who was shorter and stockier. Any idea who these criminals are?" "Someone knocked on our door with an ID around their neck on a lanyard, wearing kahki pants and and a white shirt and carrying a clipboard. I didn't answer the door, per the police dispatcher's advice when I called them, but I'm just alerting the community to someone casing the area for break-ins. Be safe, people!" Etc. Shut up people and learn to live with your fellow humans. No wonder kids are smashing your six week old shrunken pumpkins and ringing your doorbell for fun. These are actually the kinds of posts we get on our listserve from idiots like OP. |
I'm all for posting juicy content and you CLEARLY are itchng to do so OP. Just be forewarned that if it gets around to the neighbor who you're posting about (even with a blocked face) someone will recognize your house and your yard from the video. If you're cool with being iced out or having bad feelings directed towards you for a year after, do it. If you're not, don't. |
OP here. Agree! The neighborhood listserv is lame and not the demographic I intend. The meme appeals to more the general populous - she was making a declaration, a statement, without me saying exactly what. Anyway, the post is about what others may have caught on their Ring, and whether they ever posted it - not your opinion about what you don't know (OP) caught or did not. But it is GOLD! Have a great day. |

What is she doing? Tossing garbage on your lawn, picking flowers out of your garden, absconding with your holiday decorations, TPing your house, pissing on your doorstep, watering her lawn with your hose (and your water), getting into your cars and taking loose change and going through your glove compartment, taking mail out of your mailbox?
Is she old (possible dementia), mentally ill or is she doing something to spite you? Have you tried talking to her about this or is your first inclination to publicly humiliate her? I know that some people can be real jerks. Just make sure you aren't being one. |
This. Go ahead and post how much your neighbor hates you.

No she is very deliberate, her actions are very deliberate, and she happens to be very orange (???) looking. So posting it but having to block out her face might be disappointing. But no, I am not a mean spirited person - I do enjoy calling out deliberately mean spirited people, however. Kind of like a "Karen" or something like that, but I trust there would be a whole new name for this one. Again people, say it with me: on (OP's) own private property (ie: not a street, not a parking lot, not another person's property, but OPs property) , mean spirited action by the neighbor, not belonging there at all, and completely and knowingly deliberate - fully responsible for their actions on private property. Several PPs fail to understand the parameters of the situation, maybe it is more convenient for them to try to pile it on that way. |
She does not know me.
|
Oh, it's Trump. Go for it then. |
I'm having a hard time relating to what you're saying because I can't quite visualize what you're talking about. Is she removing political signs from your yard or something? |
Probably uses the same orange sh*t on their skin. I personally think it adds to the effect of the video. |
