No she is very deliberate, her actions are very deliberate, and she happens to be very orange (???) looking.  So posting it but having to block out her face might be disappointing. But no, I am not a mean spirited person - [b]I do enjoy calling out deliberately mean spirited people, however.[/b]  Kind of like a "Karen" or something like that, but I trust there would be a whole new name for this one.

Again people, say it with me:  on (OP's) own private property (ie: not a street, not a parking lot, not another person's property, but OPs property) , mean spirited action by the neighbor, not belonging there at all, and completely and knowingly deliberate - fully responsible for their actions on private property.  Several PPs fail to understand the parameters of the situation, maybe it is more convenient for them to try to pile it on that way.  [/quote]
