WHO CARES ABOUT WHAT BUSH DID??? If you're going to defend Obama's mistakes by saying "well lookie what Bush did" then he's no better than Bush. I thought we were voting for someone better? If he's not better and we're not getting any "change" like he promised, why the rush to defend him? |
No one is defending what Obama did or did not do. However, when you make a statement stating that Bush would have made a statement on the date of the incident and Obama did not, you are the one making the comparisons. It is very disingenious of you to now state, "who cares what bush did". well don't bring the asshole up in making your intial arguments. |
I heard the reason for the delay was that a teleprompter had to be flown out to Hawaii. |

Lady, you are the one who needs to get your facts straight--I'm not the poster who brought up Bush--I just think that Obama promised us better and anyone who constantly defends him by saying that he's doing what Bush did has pretty low expectations. |
Give the guy a break. |
Are we grading on a curve? Because compared to Bush, he's doing pretty well in my book. |
Please.... 17:17 |
I give him a C.
Spent WAAY too much political capital with health care reform. To please some 40 mil people many who probably can afford health insurance, but don't want to spend the money. To piss off the 260 mil who are happy with what they have. When he could have just put a bandaid on the mess like fixing the preexisting condition thing, or increasing the income for medical assistance. Where's the renewable energy? I though federal money was to stimulate the economy through spending on projects that used renewables. I still see buildings going up w/o solar or wind. WTH? |
pp here. If this were McCain, I would be happy with what he has done, but this is Obama and I expected more. |
Can't wait until the midterm elections.. |
D seems a fair grade for him. |
It's been a year. After the Mass. senate debacle.: D- |
