NP and I agree. What other possible motive would the van owner have in doing this every single day? It’s rude. |
Agree. I don’t understand why they won’t park in front of their own house. |
Ticket him for what baby genius exactly what violation can he be ticketed for please to explain. |
This is got to be a joke right tell me you’re joking about never crossing the street that’s the dumbest ass thing I have ever heard in my life |
This is the classic think of the children defense. You can't refute it. If you do, you hate children. Why do you hate children? |
Possibly it won’t fit in front of the curb directly at his house due to driveway or fire hydrant. I had to explain this to my mom. Her neighbor can’t park directly in front of his house because of a hydrant and an ill-placed city tree. |
In most places commercial vehicles are not allowed to get street parking permits. I know from experience. I couldn't get a street parking sticker for our company truck. There you go, baby genius. |
| This would annoy me as well. Why not call the company and ask why the van is parked on a residential street? |
| I can see why you're annoyed, I wouldn't like it either, but they have as much right to it as you do. |
| I wouldn’t like it either. Why don’t they park in front of their OWN house? |
|
OP, the DC are has a plausible deniability on a shoestring mentality: "well, it's not illegal, so too bad". The same PPs who say that your neighbor parking in front of your house is not an issue would definitely have an issue if it were in front of their house!
Are these neighbors decent and approachable? I am guessing not, since they refuse to park in front of their own house. In other words, they know it is wrong, but they do it anyway, because"what are YOU going to do about it?!" All this to say, sorry you live next to an inadequate schmuck. |
| Wait until they move the van and then snag the spot with one of your own vehicles or have a friend or neighbor park there. |
Oh my God. Get over it. |
+1 Then tell them to get over it. Done. |
You’re very annoying and entitled. Get over it. |
