Are you too young to remember when this first started? It’s the Corona shot, now people just do it everywhere in addition to the beach. I almost posted one, then thought no one wants to see my stupid toes!

I have done this half a dozen times. It shows I am actually on vacation - part of me is in the pic...and it shows the scenery.

I don't want my face /body in the picture and so this is a compromise - I am in it so that it isn't just a generic scenery pic but not all of me! I have very distinctive feet so everyone knows it is me.

I only do it when there is something really beautiful or interesting in the scenery beyond my toes or when it is about relaxation - you see my toes, a book, a glass of wine, a beach etc.

I couldn't care less if people don't want to see it. You can scroll past a picture in a nano second.

False equivalence. Nobody forces their elbows or collarbones into pictures. A hell of a lot of people force their feet into the bottom of vacation pictures. It's creepy and weird.

To be honest, it's not so much the feet themselves as the bruising and the compound fractures. Why do people do that?!
