No. We have lived on Military posts and bases with very diverse neighbors, and are a mixed couple. My DIL is Hispanic. Are you implying the Obamas are fighting segregation by choosing to live in wealthy white neighborhoods? Because they aren’t. They are actually not living up to the standards they urge Americans to live by. I don’t see their children with black friends in the few photos I have seen of them.

I don’t see hypocrisy in the Obamas. I see a lot of people uncomfortable here with the Obamas living and associating with people with similar educations and income, and white skin. This also seems to have nothing to do with politics, and rather comes from a very personal anger some of you have towards the Obamas, private citizens and students.
