The back-and-forth in every real estate thread between people thinking Potomac is an hour away from everything and full of cheap McMansions and those who argue that it is five minutes north of Bethesda and a really close-knit community. Every. Time.

Burger King Kitchen Lady is legendary! She usually just rants about Thanksgiving/Christmas but I guess her kitchen rules extend to all the other holidays too!

There was a poster in the VA schools forum for awhile that I called “South arlington Mom” who was VERY pro-South Arlington and very P.C. I haven’t seen her too recently though.

There’s a poster on Political discussion who is super anti-Millennial and punctuates his/her posts with lots of “LOL!”

You’re talking about Burger King Kitchen Lady.

I think she just likes using the word “panties.”

Yes this person. I have been told this on dcum enough times to think... maybe I’m a little sheltered(?)

But then I heard someone use this in real life. It was so mean that I just think it’s the phrase of a mean person.

Tough love can be good. But some people are too tough.......
“Big girl panties.” Ha ha ha

The poster who spells “unless” as “in less”. Surely there can’t be more than one person who does that?!?

The person who believes the correct response to something rude is to give the person a slow pointed look. Then, walk away. Whenever she posts this solution, someone else jumps in to tell her that that doesn't accomplish what she thinks it does.

My favorite human ever to post here is the one who brought her own pear, tiny glass, and Frangelico to Thanksgiving dinner. She nibbled on the pear and sipped her Frangelico while everyone else pigged out despicably.

Correct, it does not - she looks silly giving childish glares.
