| Fellow Shtusel fans may also like Israeli hit show Srugim. Same reality feel and slow pace, well acted. |
Thanks! |
It is on Netflix right now! They just posted the Third Season. |
| bored me to tears. |
Not everything is for everyone. I would assume you must scream happy and pull your hair out in joy when you see Justin Bieber?
|
Also Unorthodox, just started watching it, it is different take on the Orthodox Community. |
Yes! Precisely. This is not for people who have attention span of the fruit fly and can not read longer text then license plate without their brain going zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.... |
I read this as “pull your hair out in goy” and couldn’t figure it out. Joy. Oh okay. Looks for glasses... |
Unorthodox was so good. I’m only going to start Shtisel because Shira Haas is in it! |
Oh Goy of Goy.. I mean. o joy of joy! oy! lookie for glasses indeedie! May come handy! |
The movie had many strange moments and was very uneven but she was truly fantastic in it!!! Her role in it was an Oscar Material. |
| The third season is sad but still worthy. |
Shtisel, Unorthodox, and Srugim are three different Orthodox communities. Shtisel is Yerushalmi charedim. Unorthodox is Satmar chasidim. Srugim is dati leumi (national-religious). |
