Many of these players wont be playing soccer when they reach high school. A few of them may be destined to greatness in soccer, but most will find other interests as they grow up. Enjoy youth soccer for what it is, youth soccer. |
| It turns competitive when parents of strong younger players figure out the DA structure. When that happens, the numbers at tryouts swell and less competitive players move down, go elsewhere, or quit. Just supply and demand. |

Top team?
my son will be at lower team for sure and have not heard anything.
|
Can someone tell me about the colors please? Obviously academy i and ii are the top teams but what about below. Blue is usually the third team. Why are they in NCSL and not EDP like some of the other teams? |
The answers are all on their website. Visit it. You will get answers for your questions faster than waiting for people here. |
| NP. The list is confusing. Some teams are in NCSL and some in EDP but not in any order. |
because EDP has multiple divisions. the lowest division is less competitive than NCSL. That is why the best teams and lowest teams all play in EDP, while middle level teams play in NCSL. |
| NCSL has multiple divisions too. |
| ^NCSL sometimes has up to 7 divisions! |
Rising U11 or current U11? |
| Rising |
What team are the offers for? We're on a rising U11 Bethesda boys team and haven't received one yet. |
Keep in mind that the offers are staggered...start with the highest team, get replies, move on to the next team, etc. Could be another week if you're on a lower team, should hear by today if you're on the top. |
Current U11 going to U12. |
