Correct. They are all good and from what I have seen, BSC is a pretty meritocratic club on the boys side happy to promote from outside and within when appropriate.

I haven't seen that at all.
I had two sons go through BSC from start to finish, and the better teams are FAR more likely to recruit from outside than promote from within.
And I have no problem with that.

Yeah, Bethesda is a destination club. They don't need to promote. They attract top talent from the area.
