Are you joking? Each of these FAKE stories was reported with rabid enthusiasm by CNN, MSNBC, WaPo, NYT, etc. etc. There was no attempt to investigate thoroughly before reporting what turned out to be incredibly biased OPINION pieces. Because corporate Democrats tried so hard to use this as a gotcha instead of actually doing the work and campaigning on policy. Actual progressive policy that polls well and that people want, but it might rock the boat for their donors.

Democrats know that medicare for all polls well. But that would upset their pharma donors. Russia Collusion meanwhile is a shiny object they thought they could use to win their elections without giving up donor money.

The way it was reported by much of the media is what makes it fake news. Instead of reporting that "Jussie Smollett claims he was attacked," or "Jussie Smollett was allegedly attacked," they took HIS version of events as gospel and reported it as truth. Much like the video of the Covington kids was first reported. And, you would THINK that people may have done a better job at reporting considering this happened just a week or so after the Covington incident.
