My mother made a homemade valentine every year with a beautiful letter. Meant a lot to me especially in teen years when we weren’t really getting along.

Of course it is. My mom always gave us one of those heart-shaped boxes of Russel Stovers chocolates and a card with $5. It made Valentine’s Day.

Nothing. I do get her valentines to exchange in her classroom. My husband will give me a huge box of my favorite chocolates from La Maison du Chocolat and both my kids will eat half of it anyway.
