If you eat clean and low carb, what do you eat in a day?

I was low carb for a while. Felt like I was always trying to figure out what to eat.

Now I eat moderate of everything--carbs, fats, etc. I just don't eat a lot. 2 balanced meals a day, real foods/little processed, with portion control, rarely snack. Eat a real dessert every once in a while. Same weight as low carb.
