30 years fewer than her mother and on 20+ fewer than her sister. She was also a multiple pack-a-day smoker, which contributed.

I think it's just luck. They don't seem obsessed with health. Charles and Harry have unrelated rosacea. All of their teeth are mediocre at best. They don't seem to do preventative things.
