Yeah, that pp is just clueless. If you truly are ina scenario where an AA degree is best, why would you try to cram it in while finishing high school? While taking ap classes too?
A post that took that much effort yet is so far from being useful or correct really makes me wonder about that pp's motivation |

Well maybe that post was trying too hard, but the year we went to the Northwood info meeting the student who was presenting, and who was going to be one of the first to complete the degree, did mention receiving the tuition discount. So, there are lower income students utilizing the program, too. |
This is a harsh, PP, although there is definitely a hint of truth here. The program is definitely intended for students who are continuing their education immediately after high school. I haven't heard of any students being content with just an associate's degree. The brochure for the program does encourage students who don't do well on an AP exam to retake the course at MC or take the easier CLEP exam. |
