Agree, and most teams have a combination of 1st, 2d and 3 team players different players get different benefits from playing.

The biggest complaint I have seen across all clubs about Super Y is the heat and cancelled practices due to it.

“Allegedly” Bethesda’s Super Y teams will be training in their new facility which will eliminate that excuse for those teams.

They were more expensive than our club so we stuck to what we know and we will see how it works out if they will actually have the indoor facility ready for summer.

Whichever way you go I would recommend you reach out to clubs now to see if they still have spots.
