No anger, little resentment. "I didn't work all that hard, I just sort of followed along on the UMC path. African American communities are pretty messed up, but I don't spend much time there. I'm not blamed or demonized. I'm pretty rich but I'm not aware of anyone demonizing me. We didn't work all that hard! I didn't build a business or create jobs for people, but I'm top 2%. And if I did *one* thing wrong in running my business (which I don't have) I would not go to jail! Hillary keeps a server in her basement and gets off, and I don't really care. But if I fill out one employment form wrong I will not go to jail!" This is what I say a lot. |
Let's see. Who looks fearful and angry? Who is threatening and frenzied? Hmmm....

The guy in the white shirt is screaming "I'm a douchebag weenie-man with a pansy hairstyle!" But he loves America. #RepublicanDouchebagsInSkechers |
| Where is th "Antifa" obsessed guy? Oh, probably over on infowars lol. |

Oh please. NP. How do you explain all of these ridiculous marches? They’re made up of people who are afraid. When Trump was elected, all we heard was how “frightened” liberals were - so they marched. Same with the women’s march. People are convincing themselves they should be afraid. Or rather, liberals have already convinced themselves and are furiously trying to brainwash everyone else. I consider myself a right-leaning moderate and can’t, for the life of me, understand what all this leftist fear is. But I do know I, and many others, have outrage fatigue. I tune you people out. |
+2 I’m constantly amazed at the depths of liberal angst. Just take a look at this forum! One thread after another about how we should all be quaking in our boots... for some mysterious reason. It’s actually kind of amusing. Liberals are some of the most fearful people I know. |
I think you mean “fluoridation”? How silly. As for crime and terrorists, I’m a lot less afraid now that we have a president who is actively trying to keep this country safe. Gay people? My brother is gay and I love him very much. Why would I be afraid of gay people? And I also love immigrants - at least, those who follow our laws and are here legally.
You certainly have some odd concepts about conservatives! |
I see not only do you have difficulty formatting, but you’re not original or creative enough to come up with your own words (or thoughts). No worries! You so beautifully illustrated the liberal mindset: follow like sheep.
|
You want to lump mainstream Republicans in with white supremacists? Then, yes. You deserve to be lumped in with Antifa, dolt. |
But seriously? Nothing of substance to add to my very well-articulated argument? I am absolutely right. Fear mongering is the right's stock and trade. The constant outrage and hyperbole? It’s all designed to whip the base (conservatives) into a frenzy of fear and manipulate lower-middle-class whites into feeling some unnamed fear - all in the hopes of getting people named (or who know someone named) Wayne out to the polls to vote for the Republicans. And if you dare have a mind of your own and vote for a Democrat? According to these morons, you’re, gasp, "a liberal" incarnate. It sounds like something out of The Handmaid's Tale... until you realize this is actually happening. |
Or Dwayne, just as good. #MAGA! |
The party of peace and tolerance is above using fear to motivate its base. Hence the left has never declared that the GOP was waging a war on women, used crises to advocate for gun control, or used fear of racist whites to rile up its base. Nor have leftists ever marched in the streets to protest against any of these fears, despite my lying eyes. Never, ever. Not once. Ever. |
You're proving OP's point. You’re conservative, and you’re terrified of the world and you assume that everyone else is, too, therefore all the pictures of all the people you’ve seen marching around the world must be doing so in fear. You’re fundamentally missing the point because of your fear. But liberals and other patriotic Americans aren’t marching out of fear. We march to show solidarity, to show Trump and the GOP cronies that we're not a minority, we're not going to sit idly by while they violate the law and social norms. We march to inform, to be of a group. It's not fear based. It's strength based. It's peace based. Best wishes. |
hahahahahahahah no |
