I don't know if freezing rain is really a notable feature of the weather in Fargo. It seems to me like more of a mid-Atlantic thing. But certainly moving to northern/western part of Montgomery County would be an option, for all of the downcounty posters who complain that their weather is fine so how come MCPS has to close.
