Work 40 hours per week, rarely stay over or work weekends. Compressed schedule so off 1 weekday every 2 weeks

Late 30’s, local government attorney, 8 hours/day unless in trial or called out on special assignment, $56K (but I don’t live in DC area, live in a small rust belt town). My school loans are all paid off so my salary is decently comfortable although it seems very low compared to most responses.

Also have generous leave that has never been denied, and a good pension/retirement plan.

Property Manager

1. Do you have to fix things yourself or just call people to do it for you?
2. What do you do with all your spare time?

Yeah. This is the only post that seems off. Our property manager does nothing. We have a separate maintenance person and the property manager’s assistant does all the work.

Age 30. Usually I try to work 7:00-3:30 but I may have appointments with clients later in the afternoon/evening on occasion. If I do, I usually go in later that day (go to the gym in the morning instead of afternoon, etc). $130k
